Delivery

For orders to be delivered in time for christmas, please place your order before 12:00pm (noon) thursday 18th of December, thank you. 

We provide Free Delivery for orders valued £40 and over by first class Royal Mail.  For order values up to and including £39.99 a postage charge of £1.95 will apply. 

if you would like your products delivering to an address other than your card billing address, please enter the details into the delivery address section of the order process, you may include further instructions at the same time. You can check the status of your delivery by emailing us.

Please allow at least 4 days after placing your order before emailing, thank you.

Please note - we only deliver within the UK

Telephone Ordering

We regret we are unable to process orders by telephone.

Returns Policy

If your purchase is not what you wanted or expected just send it back to us within seven days of receipt and we will ensure that your credit card is credited within 30 days.  The goods must be unused, unopened and in the same condition as they were originally dispatched from Half Price Perfume Shop.  Please contact our customer services team before returning any item.  Unfortunately we cannot refund postage unless the goods were faulty at the time of delivery or the order was incorrect.  We advise you to send back items by either recorded or special delivery.

You will be expected to pay for the return of the goods, and any refund of this amount will be at the sole discretion of Half Price Perfume Shop.

Circumstances Beyond our Control

We will not be liable to you for any failure to deliver goods or delay in doing so or for any damage or defect to goods delivered where the failure, delay, damage or defect is caused by any event or circumstances beyond our reasonable control including without limitation strikes, lockouts and other industrial disputes.
